Advertiser Membership & Publishing Agreement
Governs the international legal and professional rules for independent models and advertisers publishing listings on LADIESHE (ladieshe.com).
Effective Date: 03.11.2026 | Version 2.41 Parties & Independent Contractor Status
This agreement is entered into between LADIESHE ("Platform") and the individual registering as an advertiser/model ("Advertiser").
Independent Status: The Advertiser operates strictly as an independent party. No employer-employee, agency, partnership, or brokerage relationship exists with the Platform.
2 Strict 18+ Age Requirement & 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance
The Advertiser explicitly warrants and represents:
- They are strictly 18 years of age or older,
- In compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, they maintain official photo ID records and will produce them upon request,
- Under no circumstances will images or references to minors be published.
3 Zero Tolerance for Human Trafficking & Coercion
In accordance with the UN Palermo Protocol and US FOSTA-SESTA, the Advertiser represents that they register freely and voluntarily without coercion. Any suspected trafficking results in immediate listing deletion and referral to law enforcement.
4 Photo Authenticity & Intellectual Property
The Advertiser warrants that all photos depict themselves and that they own or license the rights. Fake profiles and unauthorized third-party images are strictly banned and subject to DMCA takedown.
5 Listing Content Standards
Descriptions and contact details must be accurate. Content referencing illicit substances, violence, or minors is strictly prohibited.
6 Hosting Provider Status & Limitation of Liability
LADIESHE operates strictly as an interactive hosting conduit under EU DSA Article 6 and US 47 U.S.C. § 230. The Platform does not mediate bookings or take commissions.
7 Content Moderation & Termination
The Platform reserves the right to review, reject, or permanently terminate any account that violates legal regulations or community rules.
8 Indemnification
The Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from any claims, fines, or damages arising from false statements or unlawful acts.
9 Electronic Consent & Enforceability
Checking the acceptance box upon registration constitutes a binding electronic signature under applicable digital contract laws.
